Chicken Curry aka Ca Ri Ga

    I’ll post my recipe later.

We’re out of prapika powder and I also forgot to buy the fresh lemon grass stalks but it’s still good. I used the frozen chopped lemongrass which tasted as good.

Hubby wanted chicken curry again. This time I used 3 young hens instead.

    Marinating for later cooking.
