    Rice Rolls aka Banh Cuon

    Ingredients:
    1 lb ground pork
    Black fungus
    Green onion
    1 cup of tapioca starch
    1 cup rice flour
    2 cups of cold water then mix well
    Add 1 cup of hot boiling water, mix well then let rest for 30 minutes

    Add 1/2 tsp salt 3


    Marinate:

    1. 1 lb ground pork
    2. 1 soupspoon fish sauce
    3. 1 tsp sugar
    4. More than 1/2 tsp peppe
    5. 1 tsp chicken powder
    6. Pinch salt
    7. Chop green onion, add 1/2 into meat

    Step 1:

    1. In frying pan on high heat, add cooking oil then add onion following by meat
    2. Cut black fungus into small pieces
    3. Then add into meat, cook for at least 15 minutes
    4. Before meat is done, add 1/2 of chopped onion into meat, stir well
    5. Add 1/2 tsp black pepper


    Step 2:

    1. Prepare frying pan in medium then add flour (add 1 1/2 soupspoon of oil and 1/2 tsp salt into flour then Mix again before frying)
    2. Prepare seran wrap with a brush of cooking oil
    3. 30 seconds then flour is done, remove corners of flour in pan then slap on seran wrap
    4. Add meat and roll
