Banana Tapioca Pudding Desert aka Che Chuoi Empty Banana Tapioca Pudding Desert aka Che Chuoi

Ingredients:
 3 ripe plantains
1 can of coconut cream 12 oz
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/4 cup granulated tapioca 

Step 1: 

1. Boil plantains separately for 15 minutes

Step 2:

1. Prepare separate pot, add 3 cups of water
2.Add 1 can of coconut cream
3. Add 1/4 cup sugar(more if u want it sweeter) and 1/2 tsp salt
4. Add 1/4 cup granulated tapioca
5. Stir well occasionally so tapioca don’t stick
6. Let cook for 30 minutes on medium low

Step 3:

1.  Remove plaintains and cut in wedges, let sit to cook
2.  Fry sesame seeds until golden brown
3.  After 30 minutes of cooking the coconut cream, add plantain,  mix well and turn off heat
