This is my first time trying the fresh coconut juice and no food coloring. In the pic, I used pandas leaf and durian extract. I should have bought the beets and spinach yesterday to make it more colorful. I used carrot juice in one but since there’s not enough beta carotene to give it an orangey color, the cake just turned slightly orange.
Other than that, it tasted the same. With the coconut milk + chopped onion for dipping, it still taste good as sold at the Viet deli.
