Stir Fry Curry lemongrass Chicken with Hot Chili aka Ca Ri Ga Xao Xa Ot
Ingredients:
1 lb fryer
Curry powder
Garlic
Purple onion
Chicken powder
Marinate:
Cut chicken into smaller portions
Wash and let dry
In fryer bowl
1. add 2 tsp of sugar
2. 1 tsp salt
3. 1 tsp chicken powder
4. 1 soupspoon fish sauce
5. 1 full tsp chopped lemongrass
6. 1 tsp diced onion
7. 1 tsp curry powder
Marinate overnight
Step 1:
1. Microwave marinated chicken for 7 minutes
2. In the meantime, chop 1tsp Chopped garlic
3. 1 soupspoon diced onion
4. After 7 minutes, let fryer cool off then start frying pan on high heat
5. Add 1 tsp chopped garlic, 1 soupspoon chopped lemongrass and 1 soupspoon diced onion and fry them
6. Add marinated chicken
6. Stir fry for 8 minutes on medium heat
