Recipe: 

Soak 3 cups of glutinous rice overnight

Next day, rinse glutinous rice and soak in black soy sauce then

Steam for 15 mins then add 2 soup spoons cooking oil, stir and steam for another 15 mins.



6 eggs
3 Chinese sausages
Dried shrimp
1/2 cup chopped green onion 
Soy sauce for  tasting 
Vietnamese dried shallots
