Vietnamese Pho
Ingredients:
Ox tail
Beef, thinly sliced
Beef meatballs
Star anise
Bean sprouts
Thai basil
Sawtooth coriander
White carrots aka Daikon
3-4 White sugar cubes
Hoisan sauce
White onion thinly sliced
Green onions (finely cut)
Sriracha hot chicks sauce
Three Ladies Brand Rice Stick
Add 2 tsp salt into a pot of water and oxtail until boiling point then pour out to drain
Next day, fill pot with water and cook ox tail again until meat is soften
Put in diced white carrots, add 3 tsp of Vietnamese beef flavored soup base,
, 3-4 cubes of white sugar then cook until oxtail and white carrots are soft.
